Definitive Connector

Terms of use

Last updated 28 September 2026

These terms apply to Definitive Connector ("the connector"), provided by e360 ("we", "us"). By installing or using the connector, the business that installs it ("you") agrees to them.

The connector

The connector keeps an Encompass® instance and a CRM account in sync: loan milestones move opportunities through the CRM pipeline, and a CRM workflow action creates loans in Encompass. It's installed from your CRM's App Marketplace and needs an Encompass instance with API access.

Your responsibilities

Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the connector, as described in our privacy policy.

Fees

Fees for the connector, if any, are as agreed when you subscribe. Fees your CRM provider charges, such as for premium workflow actions, are between you and them.

Other services

Encompass and your CRM are provided by others under their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them. When they change or are unavailable, parts of the connector may not work until they're back. Definitive Connector isn't affiliated with or endorsed by ICE Mortgage Technology.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the connector available and to fix problems quickly, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change the connector. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using the connector after a change means you accept it.

Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the connector is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business. Our total liability for any claim about the connector is limited to the fees you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using the connector at any time by uninstalling it; what happens to its data is in the privacy policy. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or to protect the connector, our other customers or the systems it connects.
