Disconnect Encompass

On the Encompass connection tab, choose Disconnect Encompass.

Removed: the connector's Encompass login (the API user's password and the client secret) and its loan-event subscription in Encompass. Loan updates stop.
Kept: your pipeline, new-loan and field-mapping settings, so reconnecting is quick.
Untouched: loans in Encompass and records in your CRM.
While disconnected, "Create loan in Encompass" fails with "Encompass isn't connected".
In Encompass, you may also want to disable the connector's API user.

Uninstall

Uninstall Definitive Connector from the App Marketplace.

Deleted: everything the connector keeps for the account: settings, field mapping, the Encompass login, links between loans and CRM records, and the activity history. Backups roll off within 7 days.
Untouched: loans in Encompass and records in your CRM.
Workflows that use "Create loan in Encompass" stop running it: remove the action from them.
In Encompass, disable or delete the connector's API user.
